What will be your job:
• Provide high level of service and technical support to our customers with smart phones and other modern telecommunication devices
• Be responsible for diagnostic and prompt solving the problems
• Be customer oriented, adjust your communication accordingly to customer type and level of knowledge
• Maintain the customer loyalty
• Be part of the team, keep positive mindset and open communication

We require:
• Native/fluent Hungarian
• Intermediate English

Futurama Business Park, Sokolovská 668/136d, Praha –Karlín (metro station Invalidovna)

Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00-17:00

Contract
Full-time employment contract for 1 year with possibility to prolong
